LASHCON is staying put in Anaheim, CA, home to "The Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland." Mickey Mouse's home is only a 10-minute walk from the Anaheim Hilton, where we'll have our 4-day lash conference. You can visit Disneyland a few days early and then attend LASHCON to learn and network.

We plan to have this event in person, but if for any reason we are not allowed to meet due to an act of God like COVID, everyone's tickets will be converted to a virtual ticket (value $397), and you will be refunded the difference. 

LASHCON Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (100%):
• Attendees can request a full refund if they cancel their attendance 120 days or more prior to the start date of LASHCON (June 13, 2024 is the last day to get a full refund).
2. Partial Refund (50%):
• Attendees can obtain a 50% refund if they cancel between 90-119 days prior to the event's commencement (July 13, 2024 is the last day to get a 50% refund).
3. No Refund:
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 90 days or fewer leading up to the event. Your ticket will be downgraded to a "replay ticket" where you can watch all the speakers on our app about 20 days after the con is over.
4. Ticket Transfers:
• If an attendee can't make it, they have the option to sell or transfer their ticket to another prospective attendee. We request both parties to inform us of this change, ensuring a smooth transfer process and updating of event records.
