About Us

No one is born with the knowledge of being a small business owner. Once you get your business started, many things that you thought would be easy, become giant roadblocks to your success. 

Over the last 13 years, we built a successful lash salon that now does over 1 million dollars in revenue. Getting to this point was not an easy road. We spent our first 7 years building a business that was super busy but was losing money every month. 

We had no idea what we were doing, and then we hired a salon coaching company to help us see the light and find a better way. 

We were on the verge of going out of business, and that is when we completely redesigned how we ran our business. 

We spent two years working on our business and reworking everything from how we hired to how we took care of our guests to how we structured our finances.  Once we were done, our salon had explosive growth and we have been growing ever since.
