We plan to have this event in person, but if for any reason we are not allowed to meet due to an act of God like COVID, everyone's tickets will be converted to a virtual ticket (value $297), and you will be refunded the difference.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your ticket purchase. After 30 days, tickets are non-refundable. Please note that any tickets purchased after July 1, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
We appreciate your understanding — this helps us plan an incredible experience for every attendee!
If an attendee can't make it, they have the option to sell or transfer their ticket to another prospective attendee. We request that both parties inform us of this change to ensure a smooth transfer process and update of event records.
