The Lashie Awards celebrate the best lash businesses in the industry. Whether you're a solopreneur, a lash salon with a team of 15, or a lash brand, we recognize outstanding business operators in our field.

Launched in 2021, the Lashie Awards aim to honor the business side of the lash industry. While many competitions focus on lash artistry, we saw a need to acknowledge those who excel in business operations. That's how the Lashie Awards were born.

Our competition focuses on business categories like customer service, client retention rates, salon design, and marketing, as excelling in these areas is just as crucial as being a great lash artist.

We encourage every lash artist to apply with two goals in mind: first, to win a category and be honored at the Lashie Awards; and second, to use the application process as a tool to evaluate and improve their business.

There are three divisions to choose from:

Lashie Awards Solo Lash Artist Division: This division is for solo lash artists who do not have any staff. There are 5 categories for you to enter. You can enter any number of categories you want. If you are an employee or a salon owner, this division is not for you. 

Lashie Awards Lash Salon Owner Division: This division is for lash salon owners with employees. There are 7 categories you can enter. You can enter any number of categories you want. You need to have W2 employees to enter. If you have booth renters or staff who are 1099's you do not qualify for this division. 

 

Lash Excellence Award Division (new this year): This division has 6 categories, and pretty much anyone in the lash industry can apply for at least one category. Any Lash artist, lash salon, lash trainer, lash influencer, or lash brand can enter. You can enter any number of categories you want.

Most of you can enter at least 2 divisions.

If you are a solo lash artist, you can enter the Lashie Awards Solo Lash Artist Division and the Lash Excellence Award Division, but you can't enter the Lashie Awards Lash Salon Owner Division (If you are a salon owner, it's the opposite...you enter the Lashie Salon Owner Division and Lash Excellence Award Division but not the Lashie Awards Solo Lash Artists Division). 

A simple way to look at this is to determine if you are a solo artist or lash salon owner and pick the division that is for you. :) Everyone can enter our new division as long as you qualify for the category you apply for.

BTW...you can enter just the Lash Excellence Award Division and just skip the other two divisions. If you are a lash trainer, lash influencer or lash brand this is most likely you.
